Team Expectations for next year ! (Inter)

Last year Inter were very disappointing and for a team of their status finishing 9th in the league really isn't good enough even if they faced some injury problems. Under young coach Andrea Stramaccioni they looked good at the beginning of the season even breaking the Bianconeri's unbeaten record in a
3-1win at the Juventus Stadium and were title contenders until a poor run of games made them only Champions League contenders. Inter were not going too bad in the league until in January the team was hit with a number of serious injuries which led to a terrible run of form and the team finished terribly in 9th position and a terrible set of records such as winning the same amount of games as they lost (16) and a terrible defensive record.

Since the season has ended Inter have sacked Andrea Stramaccioni who has been replaced by Walter Mazzarri. I think that this is a great decision by the club as I thought Stramaccioni was too unexperienced for the job and when he was faced with many injuries he crumbled under the pressure. Mazzari on the other hand is an experienced manager who is tactically sound and has shown his quality at Napoli. In all fairness I do not expect Inter to trouble Juventus next year and I even think they will find it hard to challenge for the Champions League spots. This is because the morale in the team is low and I do not think the
4-0 loss in America helped. They also in my eyes seem to lack quality and I think they need to add some good players to challenge for the Champions League spots.

Expected Qualities = 4th - 5th
