The Bianconeri have confirmed the signing of Torino centre half Angelo Ogbonna for £12 million. Ogbonna has signed a 5 year contract at Juve and if he reaches certain sporting targets Juve have to pay an extra £2million.

The 25 year old Italian who has played for his nation 6 times and was included in the squad for the recent European Championships looked to not be joining Juve a few days ago as the two rival clubs could not agree a deal. The player even come out saying he wished to play for Juve however Torino did not budge. There was even rumours that Juve had given up hope for Ogbonna and were looking at other centre backs but as proven today Ogbonna has passed his medical and now a Juventini.
I think that this is another great signing for the Bianconeri and can really help us next season as we try to rename ourself in Europe again. The only problem I see with this signing is the fact that he will find it very hard to get into the first team over our back there of Chiellini, Bonucci and Barzagli however this will mean more competition and therefore better performances.
